The Jewish Federation located in West Palm Beach, Florida wanted to purchase a prefabricated guard booth, also known as prefab guard booth. They understood that being in South Florida they needed to have a guard house that would meet Florida building codes. They decided to purchase this 4’8 x 7′ Vista Series Booth. The guard booth is manufactured with Low E Insulated impact glass, one sliding door, one sliding window, wall-mounted HVAC, plastic laminate counter and pre-wired electrical package. This security booth meets the wind load requirements in Palm Beach County and is State of Florida modular building approved.
